quality of our urban tree canopy directly depends on volunteers. From serving
on our Tree Commission ... to helping distribute trees ... to assisting with our
annual Arbor Day Children's Festival, we're certain that among our myriad of projects,
you'll find a rewarding challenge to suit your talents. Click HERE

Commission
- consider serving a term! You'll meet some new friends who share your enthusiasm
and concern for our urban forest and the environment -

Stop Topping
- learn all you can about the pitfalls, then help us educate our neighbors -

Tree Problems - contact our arborist when you notice trees in need of care
on city property or rights of way -
Trees
of Distinction - purchase trees for special people and events to help renew
our urban forest -

Day Children's Festival - sponsor, coordinate or assist with a craft booth,
provide supplies, assist with publicity -

Day Tree Giveaway
- assist children with the selection of trees to take home for planting -

Inventory - help us survey the city's trees or assemble and maintain an electronic

- help to find and identify local trees with size or historical significance -
